📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventories of software, hardware, and digital assets using ServiceNow and other IT asset management tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT services by monitoring and optimizing service levels.
• Implement and enforce ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets to identify and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT service issues and improve service quality.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of IT resources.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
• Generate and analyze reports to track IT asset performance and service delivery metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT service delivery and asset management.
• Certifications in ITIL (Foundation, Intermediate, or Expert) are a plus.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow and other IT asset management tools.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies.
