Chief Accounting Officer (CAO)

Reolink Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to oversee group closing and consolidation across our 16 global entities. Based in Canggu, Ubud, you'll lead our finance team in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to support our growth and operational excellence.

As the CAO, you'll be responsible for managing the entire accounting function, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You'll work closely with our CFO and other senior leaders to ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards. With your expertise in SAP, Oracle, and other advanced accounting software, you'll streamline our financial processes and drive efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee group closing and consolidation processes for 16 global entities.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement financial reporting systems using SAP and Oracle.
• Drive efficiency and cost savings through process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in SAP, Oracle, or other advanced accounting software.
• Strong understanding of international financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA).
• Ability to drive strategic financial initiatives and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
