📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives and distributors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
