📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate between morning and evening shifts to maintain production efficiency and quality.
• Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain food safety and quality control measures.
• Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Provide training and support to production staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food production industry.
• Proven experience in managing production schedules and coordinating between shifts.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards, including HACCP or similar certifications.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
