📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Manage and optimize ERP systems, such as SAP, to support business processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems by implementing cybersecurity best practices and conducting regular audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and solutions.
• Lead IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure and ERP systems.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with cloud services, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Proficient in networking technologies, including Cisco, Juniper, and VMware.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
