📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes using Siemens SIMATIC and Rockwell Automation systems.
• Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Support quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and data analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Document processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with Siemens SIMATIC and Rockwell Automation systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
