📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily plant operations to ensure smooth production processes
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Lead and mentor a team of plant operators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other inputs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing plant operations
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and production management software like MES or LIMS
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
