📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and values.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, training, and development programs.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and inclusive experience for new hires.
• Leverage HRIS systems like Workday and BambooHR to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with global teams to address HR challenges and opportunities, ensuring consistency and compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct regular HR audits and surveys to gather insights and improve employee satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously enhance our HR processes.
• Support the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on global HR operations.
• Proven expertise in using HRIS systems such as Workday and BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and other countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
