📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and customers are allowed entry.
• Conduct regular patrols of the shopping center to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
• Work closely with other security personnel to coordinate responses to security threats.
• Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness of the surroundings at all times.
• Assist in the investigation of security incidents and report findings to management.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers and employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a retail or shopping center environment.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and other security personnel.
• Valid security clearance or certification, such as a Security Supervisor Certificate (SSC) or equivalent.
