📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and manage customer orders using Salesforce and ERP systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints promptly.
- Generate and maintain accurate order reports and records.
- Assist in training new team members on order management processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in order management, inventory control, or related roles.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
