Join Vivo Food Sdn Bhd as an HR & Recruitment Operations Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping our dynamic restaurant workforce across Bali’s most vibrant locations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about talent acquisition and operational excellence. In this role, you'll be working closely with our restaurant managers and HR team to ensure we have the right talent in place to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Based in Canggu, you'll be part of a team that supports our restaurants in Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll use tools like BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline our recruitment processes, and you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our recruitment processes using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various restaurant roles, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and projects.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance across all locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment operations, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proven experience using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
