📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with families to understand their educational needs and goals for their children.
• Recommend suitable educational programs based on students' academic performance and aspirations.
• Assist in the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition for students into new programs.
• Provide ongoing support to students and families throughout their educational journey.
• Collaborate with other consultants and education providers to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to education providers.
• Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote educational programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in education consulting or sales in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and various educational programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in educational sales or customer service is a plus.
