📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines (3 & 4 axis) to produce high-quality parts and components.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure machine reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator & Programmer.
• Proven experience with CNC machines, including programming and operation.
• Familiarity with CNC software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems and their applications in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
