📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company's business objectives
• Provide strategic advice on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends
• Provide training and support to other team members on legal matters
• Collaborate with external legal advisors and consultants as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a legal consulting or corporate legal department
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international corporate law and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
