📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other inventory management software.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Work with retail managers to forecast inventory needs based on sales data and market trends.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce inventory shrinkage and waste.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for inventory control and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with inventory management software, particularly SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
