📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) using Honeywell's Niagara Framework
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and building owners to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Conduct site surveys, system testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance of BMS installations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMS systems post-installation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in building automation
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians as needed
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) with a focus on Honeywell's Niagara Framework
• Certification in BMS systems, such as Niagara Certified Professional (NCP) or similar
• Strong understanding of building automation protocols, including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional Indonesian language skills (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project work
