Intern Telemarketing / CS Marketing

PT Sembilan Wali Nusantara is currently seeking a highly motivated and communicative Intern Telemarketing / CS Marketing to join our growing team in Poncokusumo, Jawa Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service over the phone
• Manage and process reservations and bookings
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Update and maintain customer databases using CRM software
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
• Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Learn and apply best practices in customer service and marketing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
• Previous experience in customer service or marketing is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
