📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product display and placement.
• Process and track inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of new merchandising strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail management systems (RMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
