Pusat Anggi Cafe & Coffee is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. This is a full-time position based in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of errors.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in developing and implementing technical writing processes and tools.,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Trello.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
