📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and develop design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Ensure that all designs are in line with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their needs and create designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
