📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.,Monitor and report on compliance activities and risks to senior management.,Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and risk management issues.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure that our organization is prepared to meet new requirements.,Support the implementation of GRC technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Ensure that all business processes are aligned with the organization's risk management and compliance objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of GRC technologies and tools is a plus.
