🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and tools.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing business processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and business process management software is a plus.
