Identify and prospect potential clients in the workforce management industry.,Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth.,Present and demonstrate our workforce management solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients after the sale.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the workforce management industry.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the workforce management or related industries.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.,Knowledge of the workforce management industry and its trends.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
