ECHO Lestari is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract the best candidates. This is a remote position, but you will need to be based in Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide timely updates on candidate progress.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
