Moon Go Unggul is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's efforts in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
