Market Direct Jaya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This is a remote position based in Gresik, Jawa Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures to optimize fleet efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet performance and generate regular reports for management.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Implement and enforce company policies related to fleet management.,Conduct regular audits of fleet operations to identify areas for improvement.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
