📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
  • Maintain and update production records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve production efficiency and quality.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast production engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of precast concrete technology and production processes.
  • Proven experience in project management and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
