📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and pies, to meet customer demands.,Ensure all pastries are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques to enhance our offerings.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
