📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory flow,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods,Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance regulations,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
