📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company's values and goals.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related challenges and opportunities, and contribute to the development of our company's HR strategy.,Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and recognizing and rewarding employee achievements.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Work closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and hire top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, and a commitment to ensuring compliance.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
