CV Sawit Wardhana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Seminyak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Monitor cash and inventory levels, and prepare daily and monthly financial reports.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Handle cash handling and banking duties, including deposits and withdrawals.,Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cashier stations and filing systems.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software, including accounting and cash management systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
