🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
