🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools, such as BPMN, UML, and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with agri-food industry and its specific requirements
• Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus
