📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job interviews and selecting the best candidates for the company.,Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assisting in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Providing training and development opportunities for employees.,Ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
