You'll work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, using our state-of-the-art property management system (PMS) to handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Your day will be filled with diverse tasks, from greeting guests to resolving any issues they may have, all while maintaining our resort's high standards of service and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Monitor and maintain the resort's front desk area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and requests promptly.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for our resort's various activities.
• Contribute to our sustainability initiatives by promoting eco-friendly practices to our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems, such as Opera, Cendyn, or similar.
• Knowledge of eco-tourism and sustainability practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in South Lombok.
