Gold Home Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting our accounting team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for numbers, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and documents,Prepare and process monthly financial reports,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns,Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy,Support the accounting team with data entry and analysis,Manage vendor invoices and payments,Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy,Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
