In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our telesales efforts by assisting in outbound and inbound customer interactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the company's customer database.,Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in setting up and managing telesales campaigns.,Monitor and report on call performance and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
