📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices in the industry.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and training new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in training and development is a plus.
