Plus Crystal Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of quality control inspectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet established standards.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Leading and mentoring a team of quality control inspectors.,Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Collaborating with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Conducting training and development programs for quality control staff.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
