Shop One Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees reach their full potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Lead HR training and development programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
