Sentosa Rubber is seeking a dedicated and responsible Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a secure environment for our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate any security risks.,Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action to resolve them.,Maintain and update security records, including incident reports, visitor logs, and access control records.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate employees and visitors on security best practices.,Work closely with other security personnel and relevant departments to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.,Provide a visible and professional security presence to deter potential security threats and incidents.,Assist in the investigation of security incidents and the collection of evidence as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related security role.,Familiarity with security equipment, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarms.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not required).,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may require standing, walking, and lifting.,Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.,Ability to work remote hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
