📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary products.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of products to attract customers.,Monitor sales performance and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Assist in the organization of promotional events and sales campaigns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
