PT Tambang Wibawa is seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, monitoring fuel consumption, and tracking vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods and personnel.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and ensure timely reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
