📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Work closely with other departments to ensure IT needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Experience with IT security and risk management.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management and team leadership.
