📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide legal advice and support to the business units.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
  • Handle legal disputes and provide representation in court.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.
  • Provide training and guidance to other employees on legal matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's legal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external legal advisors and law firms as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with legal software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
