📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational targets.,Monitor departmental performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Represent the department in meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.,Provide leadership and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
