📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and support,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective replenishment strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities,Ensure a positive customer experience and handle customer complaints

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of retail operations and management best practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software
