📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits.,Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
