Sentosa Cement is looking for a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our HR Manager in managing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Support the HR Manager in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the organization of employee training and development programs.,Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
